1) You get to choose your home inspector.
2) A home inspection is a visual inspection. There will be no damage to the home whatsoever. We don't cut or poke into walls. We don't take apart anything either.
3) Your home inspection report will only include what can be visually assessed. I will look at hundreds of items during the inspection. It will include an assessment of the home's exterior, including but not limited to the steps, attached porches, decks, the chimney, roof, the windows, and all doors. In the interior, I will look at the electrical systems, attic/s, plumbing, HVAC, basement/crawlspaces, and garages. I will make sure faucets are working and look to see if any of them leak. I will check the garage doors to see if they function properly. The final report that I submit to you will be easy to understand.
