Moisture Meter Reading

Sometimes a water stain is just the left over reminder that there was once a water issue within the home. Many times the water issue has been remediated, but for whatever reason, the home owner just did not paint the stain after the repair was completed. Other times, a water stain tells me that there is a current issue going on. This week, my Moisture Meter told me there was a larger issue going on above this stain.
